State Farm® Insurance Agent Jesse Allison

"If I could give zero star, I absolutely would for Jesse Allison. They pushed a technology product, and it created a nightmare, promising a discount but provide no assistance on setting it up. To make it worse, they keep trying to charge me for not setting it up correctly. Jesse claimed to have "backdate it" to fix the issue so it wouldn't charge me. State Farm decided to charge me regardless and Jesse would not provide any numbers for me to contact them directly. I called State Farm directly and it keeps transferring me to Jesse. This guy is dishonest and clearly will not make any efforts to assist this customer. Oh, I also forgot a much more important part, he basically said if I didn't like it, I'm welcomed to shop around for other insurance carriers. Update: I just got off the phone with State Farm 800 and they're actually going to work on the charges and help me change agent because I'm absolutely flabbergasted on Jesse's response."
